Then you need to tighten the nut so that it is tight and won’t fall off. Once you have done this you need to check to make sure the wheel is level and doesn’t have any protrusions.

After your tire is secure, you should now be good to go. It is worth noting that the tire will still need to be checked by a mechanic so that you can make sure that there wont be any protrusions.
