Creeper cars are cars that are designed without a steering wheel. They have no gears, brakes, or any number of other controls. The driver sits in a seat that is slightly raised, so that the wheels are higher than the driver’s body. The car is steered by a handle on the outside of the car and a joystick on the inside. It’s like a mini roller coaster.
